a bump in posting
Sorry for the slowdown in posts. I use flickr to host my images and I have quickly approached the limited number of images I can have. Until I figure out something or pay, there may be a pause in posting.

the balladiers at chain reaction
I was asked to take some pictures for my friends' band this past Friday. After a very long drive through some really fun LA traffic, we arrived. What seemed shabby and creepy turned out to be a pretty cool interior. The Balladiers were a step above the other bands performing that night and the pictures that ensued can hopefully catch some of that.
Everyone huddled around in the freezing cold a while before heading in.
The Balladiers (aka Lady of the Sea)
This also turned out to be my first real test of my new lens; the Sigma f/2.8 70-200mm. I think it worked well.
Please comment, critique, say favorite, suggest ideas, draw a picture!

highlights from the ranch
While we were working on a filming project, there was of course downtime. Here are some highlights from this gorgeous, classic California ranch.
Just trying these out for the first real time. Despite being pretty far away from a town, there's still quite a bit of light pollution out there.
I love California.
